Interceptor is a street bike with a fuel-injected, VTEC-equipped V-4, the sophisticated twin-spar all-aluminum chassis design, and Combined Braking System (with an optional Anti-lock Braking System) for starters.
If you’re looking for a bike that puts the “sport” in sport-touring, look no further than the Interceptor. Its potent V-4 VTEC® engine and excellent handling make this the long-range bike of choice for those who hunt out twisty backroads.
Price: $11,999 – $12,999
Key Features:
Power @ RPM: 108 hp 80 kW @ 10500 rpm
Engine: V4 781 Cc
Transmission: 6-speed
Top Speed: +/-135mph mph
Torque: 80 Nm 59 ft-lb @ 8750 rpm

- Pro-Link® Rear Suspension (see Technology Section).
- Unique center-up exhaust system incorporates two stainless-steel mufflers tucked beneath the Interceptor’s tail section.
- Large-diameter 43mm Honda Multi-Action System (HMAS) cartridge front fork provides enhanced handling under all riding conditions (see Technology Section).
- Combined Braking System (CBS) (see Technology Section).
- Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) model available (see Technology Section).
- Four brilliant multireflector headlights employ two centrally positioned H4 low/high beams positioned under two widely spaced H7 high beams for brilliant nighttime illumination.

The CBR1000RR (also known as the Fireblade) is a 999 cc (60.9 cu in) liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder Honda sport bike that was introduced in 2004 to replace the CBR954RR. The Honda CBR1000RR was developed by the same team that was behind the Honda RC211V race bike for the MotoGP series.
On the 5th of September 2008 Honda released details of the 2009 model. The bike remained the same, in terms of engine, styling and performance. However as a factory fitted optional extra the addition of Combined ABS “C-ABS” has been introduced. The 2009 version picked up the off-year additions of a “Repsol” edition (05, 07 and now 09), however, it is a color-option and not a VIN-verifiable production run. The Repsol paint edition in the US originally was offered without ABS. European versions had ABS available.

The Honda CBR600RR is a 599 cc (36.6 cu in) Honda super sport motorcycle that was introduced in 2003 as a race replica version of Honda’s CBRFx series motorcycles. It has won every world supersport title since its introduction in 2003.
On 5 September, 2008, Honda introduced a revised CBR600RR for the 2009 model year. Following the “Combined ABS” prototype, the new CBR600RR will have an available option of “Combined ABS”. Other changes include updates to the engine which improved torque from 8000 rpm to 12000 rpm, improved fairings that enhance stability and reduce noise emission levels, and new color schemes which were designed to attract a wider range of riders.
Price: $10,499 – $11,499
Features:
Available in two versions: one with conventional brakes, and one offering Honda’s revolutionary Combined ABS— a huge breakthrough in sportbike technology.
- MotoGP-derived Honda Electronic Steering Damper (HESD) improves handling, reduces headshake, but still keeps steering light at low speeds.
- Compact, liquid-cooled DOHC 16-valve 599cc four-stroke inline four- cylinder engine produces championshipwinning power.
- Ram-air system helps boost power, especially at higher speeds.
- Radial-mounted front-brake calipers and radial-activated front-brake master cylinder offer superior brake feel and feedback
